Design And Development Of Intelligent Bus Terminal Software Based On AM335X

In recent years,Intelligent Public Transportation System is listed as one of the most important development objects in the transportation development plain of many cities.Intelligent bus terminal is the important part of Intelligent Public Transportation System,and it is the information source and the executor of commands.Based on the research and analysis of the current status of intelligent bus terminal both domestic and overseas,we design and develop an intelligent bus terminal software system by using TI high performance processor AM335 X and carrying an embedded Linux operating system.The main work and achievements are presented as follows:(1)This thesis firstly elaborates the background and significance of the research,and then analyzes the current research status both domestic and overseas of Intelligent Public Transportation System and Intelligent bus terminal.Some design schemes of intelligent bus terminal are introduced.Finally,the research content and organizational structure of this thesis are summarized.(2)A bus section software based on Qt is designed and developed.Firstly,the features of Qt are introduced,the Qt development environment setup and transplantation steps on embedded system are provided,and then the design and implementation process of the bus section software are illustrated from the graphic user interface to the function respectively.A GUI develop method based on configuration file is also given.(3)Advantages and disadvantages of traditional ways of bus station report are analyzed.The automatic bus station report software on intelligent bus is designed,which has a GUI to display the basic information of current bus line for the bus driver and providing some on-bus equipment management modules.Meanwhile,based on the GPS and TTS technology,the software achieves accurate automatic station reporting as well as voice prompt function based on text-to-speech technology.(4)The thesis designs and realizes the function of bus transportation data storage and uploading to the cloud.On the basis of periodically storing bus traffic data,we also designs a saving function of traffic data according to brake and turning signals.Different data structures are designed for the above two kinds of traffic data.When traffic data to be read from the local file are uploaded to the cloud storage,the uploaded records in local file will be deleted finally.(5)Finally,the works have been done in this thesis are summarizes,and further improvement are discussed.
