Automatic thermoforming vacuum packaging machine is a multi-purpose and multifunction packaging machine developed and used in recent years.It has many kinds of stations and integers.The machine has high performance and wide adaptability,and has different shape of the forming container.It can be widely used in a variety of food packaging and non-food packaging areas.However,the research on the final process slitting which affect the appearance quality of the package is less,especially for the special-shaped package.The aim of this paper is to design the cutting device for the special-shaped package,and to analyze the process parameters of the special-shaped package.A new type of cutting method for profiling cutting is used to improve the appearance quality of the product and improve the cutting efficiency.The main research contents include:(1)The research background and purpose of this topic are studied in detail.The development status of the automatic vacuum thermoforming packaging machine and the existing problems of the thermoforming packaging machine are analyzed,and the necessity and significance of the research are determined.On the basis of reading a lot of literature,the main techniques and research methods that need to be studied are determined,which provide the theoretical basis and reference for the development of the subject.(2)Special-shape packaging slitting principle and technical program research.The characteristics of the thermoformed packaging and the characteristics of the thermoformed material were analyzed in detail.According to the cutting characteristics of the thermoformed package,the process program for the crosscutting and punching of the special-shaped package was determined.The new cutting process of profiling was innovative presented.The cutting process and the working requirements of the profiling cutting process were determined,and the final process plan of the profiling cutting was determined.Finally,the technological requirements and the cutting quality requirements of the cutting device were determined according to the actual production conditions.On this basis and then further device design.(3)Design and Influencing factors analysis of punching device.The analysis of the process parameters affecting the punching quality was carried out.Completed the punching die template,punching baseboard,punching auxiliary device and the whole punching device design.And the main parameters of the punching shear pressure were calculated to determine the punching required for the cylinder and booster mechanism.The effects of punching speed,material properties and plywood quality on punching quality were analyzed.On this basis,the corresponding multi-model thermoforming packaging machine is designed,and the corresponding conveying device is designed to complete the design of the punching device of the wide-mode multi-cavity thermoforming packing machine.(4)Special shape cutting mechanism selection and device design.According to the requirements of the actuator in the profiling process of the profiled package,the mechanism selection and design of the profiling executive body were completed,and the design of the clamping mechanism,the profiling mechanism and the positioning mechanism were completed.And the rationality verification and parameterization design of each organization are carried out.At the same time,the mechanism movement analysis and optimization of the key parts clamping mechanism and profiling mechanism were described,and the layout and function cooperation of the actuator were described.At the same time,drawing the working cycle diagram and estimate the production efficiency of the profiling mechanism.(5)Virtual prototyping design.Based on Solidworks three-dimensional design software platform,a three-dimensional model was established to simulate the single-set fixed punching device,wide-mode and multi-cavity cavity punching device and profiling cutting device.The virtual prototype was simulated and the software institutions and functions of analysis and optimization,to ensure the design of the rationality.
