Underground diaphragm wall is the kind of reinforced concrete wall which was made of steel and concrete.It can not only seepage,but also retaining and supporting,and even bear vertical in many cases.Therefore,the construction technology of underground diaphragm wall has been widely used in fundamental engineering and underground engineering.The Double Wheel Trench Cutter is the most sophisticated equipment,it works not only efficiently and qualitily,but also has good function,even used in the hard rock lay efficiently.Using the Double Wheel Trench Cutter to operate in the underground has become a trend,especially,the Double Wheel Trench Cutter is the only option in the complex geological conditions,Though the construction technology of the Double Wheel Trench Cutter has been recognized by the construction organization,but the manufacturer has failed to break through the technoy.So far,the domenic factories have not been developed the Double Wheel Trench Cutter.By the end of 2010 the Ministry of housing and urban-rural construction organize project,designs and develops the Double Wheel Trench Cutter.ZOOMLION,Langfang Exploration,Tongji University,Northeast University of petroleum and some orgamizations undertake the topic.They develop the machine of the domestic independent intellectual property rights.The part one is the introduction,elaborated the research background,significance,status and development of the relevant research,and the research content.The second part introduces the construction technology and product introduction of the Double Wheel Trench Cutter.Introduces the milling wheel device,machine chassis,hose,sludge system and so on.Finally it leads to the tractor parameter and mechanism.The part three and four is the Design calculation of the Double Wheel Trench Cutter,which is the key chapter that discuss the loading and working condition of the luffing system design,then analyses the stress,strength,stiffness and stability of the mathematical model,in the end reaches the rational conclusion.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect,described the research results and future products.The design and research of the cantilever crane and luffing system for the ZC36 Double Wheel Trench Cutter is the main content of this paper.Discusses the process of calculation,researches and develops the design theory.Through the research of this paper,the main research results are as follows:1.Analyzed and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the structure of the foreign benchmarking enterprise product structure.2.Discussed in detail the boom system and design and calculation of the luffing system.3.Designing a set of hydraulic wheel slot milling machine and Tibetan luffing system for this boom system,otherwise,applied for a patent,three utility model patents and Published an article.
