Underground diaphragm wall can be applied directly to bearing,controlling water seepage,retaining soil and carrying water,because of its peculiar structure advantage it has a rapid development at home and abroad.The milling type diaphragm wall construction machinery has a rapid development in foreign countries with its wide range of stratigraphic adaptation, high efficiency of the construction,high precision into slots,little environmental pollution and friendly man-machine interface.But in our country at present,there is no such products with the independent research and development,and there is little research.Based on the comprehensive research of the technology about diaphragm wall into slots at home and abroad,and the comparative analysis of the diaphragm trench cutter in foreign countries,the thesis determines the scheme and establishes the 3D model of the diaphragm wall trench cutter with SolidWorks software,and makes three-dimensional arrangement of the milling drum wheel with the cutting teeth and the round shank chisels, and analyzes the cloth knife basis from the point of the whole section milling in diaphragm wall into slots,the efficiency of milling rock and the uniformity of milling drum wheel bearing.The thesis analyzes the general fragmentation process of diaphragm wall milling tools milling rock,and analyzes in theory and establishes the mathematical model of the milling rock into slots process separately for the cutting tooth and the round shank chisel.Based on ABAQUS software the thesis makes the 3D dynamic contact nonlinear finite element analysis of the milling rock process separately for the cutting tooth and the round shank chisel,concludes that the rock strength can be milled by the milling tools in the setting conditions,paints the curves of the reaction and reaction torque produced in the milling process.The thesis makes the finite element analysis of the round shank chisel milling rock process respectively under the conditions of nine different milling speed,on three aspects of the broken rock strength,the milling torque and the milling positive pressure,finding out the optimum milling speed of the milling drum wheel with the round shank chisels in the set of rock conditions.The thesis analyzes the realizing methods of the diaphragm wall trench cutter correction system in three aspects of the correction in the X-X plan,the correction in the Y-Y plan and the correction of twisting along the Z axis.With 20-sim software the thesis does the hydromechatronics simulation of the diaphragm wall trench cutter correction system,describes the process of the correction system controlling with the correction angle changing,concludes the force curve of the correction oil cylinder,the pressure and flow changing curves of the hydraulic system and the realizing methods and control parameters of the control system.Finally the thesis designes the hydraulic principle and the control process of the diaphragm wall trench cutter correction system.
