With the wide range of applications in a single extraction steam turbine-powered heating and industrial manufacturing them, the turbine controller system also developed rapidly, but many just developed out of the turbine controller system commissioning tests on a real turbine has been there many problems, such as testing inconvenient, presence economic waste and other dangerous. Since the actual needs and the rapid development of modern electronic technology, designed as a controlled object instead of the real turbine simulator is very necessary. The study of Turbine simulator is very valuable in foreign, and develop rapidly,but, In China, the development of turbine simulator is relatively sluggish, and difficult to equate it with the foreign advanced technology.Based on modern computers and sophisticated digital signal processing technology, for engineering requirements of the actual situation, This paper constructs a portable single pumping steam turbine simulator with digital signal processor (DSP) as the core, and it's man-machine interface is more friendly and flexibility.Firstly, based on the structure and function of a single extraction steam turbine, the paper had established the basic components of the simulator system. Then through analyzed the working principle of the implementation of components (spool oil motive) and single pumping steam turbine, the paper used the mechanism modeling method, built a dynamic mathematical model of the slide valve oil motive and steam turbine, and ultimately established the system design .Secondly, the design adopted modular thought, Built a relatively complete function and high reliability portable single pumping steam turbine simulator system with DSP processor core, FPGA as an auxiliary controller and LabVIEW as development tools for the human-machine interface. And system has designed Ethernet communication interface and RS232 communication interface extensions to facilitate the application of the expansion of the system.Finally, the paper has completed each module hardware platform and software design of simulator system, and designed flexibility, practicability and easy operate man-machine interface. And through the high-pressure regulating valves and extraction valve signal acquisition debug, speed output of emulator debug, Ethernet port communication functions debug and combined system together debug, which had proved portable single extraction steam turbine simulator system has a higher overall performance and practical value.
