Ships will encounter collisions, rocks, stranding, storms, hull corrosion accidents and so on in sailing. It will damage ships and hinder the work performance. At the same time, it will affect the ship sailing. To ensure the floating stability of ships at sea, minimize cargo loss,reduce the environmental pollution, such as, the oil leak and goods pollution caused by hull damages and use various types of sealing devices as emergency measures to protect the safety of passengers and mariners, this paper will provide feasible projects.This topic will have a research through the broken accident of the surface of the hull.Based on the controllable permanent magnet adsorption module, the design scheme is provided.The plugging device is mainly composed of adsorption, support, connection and sealing. The matrix of the monomer and combination shows net points. It's mainly placed in combination and folding.In order to make the process of plugging device quick and convenient, positions must be adjusted timely and adsorption module of the device should use controlled permanent magnet structure. The supply and disappear of the magnetism can be timely adjusted. So the rapid and convenient device in sealed condition and the process of disassembly can be provided.At the same time, it can provide the magnetic force within a certain range, because of the particularity of controllable magnetic structure. Therefore, it's advantageous to the device on the surface of the hull.The sealing device needs a permanent magnetic effect to be fixed to adsorb the surface of the hull. So, the internal structure of the permanent magnet magnetic needs a reasonable design and optimized analysis to make the magnetic circuit optimization and produce enough magnetic force. To ensure that the device can be safe and reliable adsorb to the hull surface, the normal work of the device can be come true.In this paper, the basic theory of magnetic field is summarized. The characteristics of the rectangular space position of permanent magnet magnetic field are analyzed.Then, the magnetic field characteristics of their range in a given coordinate are analyzed in the simulation, through changing the internal space of controllable magnetic structure. Finally,the set of internal magnetic steel and the design scheme of controllable magnetic structure can be determined by comparing and analyzing a large amount of data. The device works in underwater. So the sealing of the device and contact surface of the hull must be considered.The device adopts flat rubber sheet as the sealing structure, through the adsorption force,which is produced by magnetic structure. It uses the theory of related seal to analyze the sealing performance.At the same time, when it suffers dual function under water by magnetic force, the structure of the connection requires intensity analysis to ensure the overall structure can keep a normal operation state under water.
