With the increasing of energy demand and the advances of technology in the world , the strategic competition on energy among countries has become fierce increasingly. And the mining of ocean energy and ocean shipping activities have become more frequent. Many countries start to research on the quality of marine engineering equipment gradually in this context. As an important equipment of goods transportation and marine construction, the reliability and working stability of crane have great affects on the mining, efficiency of transportation and safety of work. This paper puts how to compensate the job offset of crane caused by wave disturbances as a starting point to study and design detailedly. One is the rolling response under waves disturbance of the crane ship. The other one is the structure of the lifting bracket system with a compensation function.Firstly, this paper carried out a detailed investigation of domestic and international current research on the rolling characteristics of crane under waves disturbance and the system of crane with a door type, then compared and analyzed the status quo at home and abroad. It derived the advantages and disadvantages of the theory research and engineering practice in our country on the basis of investigation. It found the point of research on crane system and the ideas of compensation design.Secondly, on theory research aspect, it researched the engineering ship rolling response characteristics excited by the waves from the design point of this article, and makes basic theory research on rolling compensation of system. In terms of engineering design, in accordance with the design parameters of crane system it proposed the integral design principles and program of the whole system, and modeled three-dimensional body system with Solidworks. At the same time, it designed the special structure and the key member of door-frame detailedly and applied Ansys-Workbench for structural analysis to ensure the strength and vibration requirements of the system and provide a reliable basis for safe operation.This paper set up a key technology research on door-frame system, including research on integral control program of whole systems, research on force of the door-frame system and parameter of hydraulic cylinder system, research on recovery system of the gravity energy of main crane, and the research on parametric study of rolling compensation. All of these studies will play a key role to improve the performance of door-frame system.Finally, the paper made a study on the control program of door-frame systems including an integral control strategy and a specific control system. Then it designed the system of main part of crane, hydraulic rolling compensation of door-frame detailedly, and analyzes the specific work process. At last, it applied the LMS-AMESim to make a simulation study of the hydraulic system to ensure the reliability of its work.
