| Due to the growing importance of the environment issues and fuel deficiency, researches on the alternative fuels are getting deeper and deeper. Natural gas (NG) is regarded as one of the best alternative fuel for its preponderant furthers such as substantial deposits and environmental-friendly energy. Compared with the orthodox marine engine, the controller of dual-fuel engine is more difficult for the fuel and gas should be controlled simultaneously in dual-fuel engine, therefore, the control system is more intricate and the debug is more cumbersome. To improve the production efficiency, a EOL system is developed which focus on the controller for a NG/diesel dual-fuel marine engine,In this thesis, according to the requirements for dual-fuel engine which derived from the practical experiment, the EOL system designed consist of the Bootloader program, the main control program, the upper computer. As for the upper computer, it is divided as four modules as following, the main dialogue block, the flash block and the on-line monitoring block.For the compatibility and reliability, the general commercial and domestic allowed communication protocols are adopted in this system. The UDS service in ISO15765 is applied in the data transmission for flash, the CCP applied in calibration and monitoring. Methods of data process is on basis of the relatively international norms,including that the ASAP2 format is utilized to analysis data,in details,data resolved by Motorola S-record. As the structural program, the Bootloader and the main program are designed based on the ECU for a dual-fuel engine.Programs for the upper computer are developed on the different function blocks, and shown as the individual dialog box for updating conveniently in future.To ensure the stability and integrity of the designed software, the test were carried out for EOL system in this paper. The experimental results show that the whole debug processes for dual-fuel marine engine controller could be completed via the system proposed in this paper. |
