With the development of large-scale construction of smart grid,smart substation as the core of topological structure of,its research have received increasingly more attention.The traditional and digital substations intelligent construction and transformation are also gradually implemented in various regions.But at the present stage of synchronous phasor measurement systems in smart substations are still many problems in the practical application process,moreover,there are no comprehensive verifications and tests for this system.For the measurement error out of tolerance in synchronous phasor measurement systems in smart substations,this paper carried out analysis and research by combining merging unit with phasor measurement unit,mainly include:1.Introduced the structure of synchronous phasor measurement system in smart substation and main component equipments,comparatively analysed variety of synchronized phasor measurement algorithms.2.For the structural characteristics of synchronous phasor measurement system in smart substation,described the composition of measurement errors in system,on this basis,used PMU detection device for detecting equipment to design test program and test platform.3.Based on the proposed test platform with PMU detection device.Firstly,the influences of the amplitude deviation,phase angle deviation,delay deviation and data loss with merging unit on the static measurement accuracy of smart PMU device are analyzed.Secondly,the effects of the signal mutation of merging unit on the sudden response time in the dynamic measurement of the device are simulated.Finally,to verify the test on test platform.4.The main factors influencing the measurement error of synchronous phasor measurement system in smart substation are given,they provide theoretical basis and support for its performance improvement research and on-site inspection work.
