The wide application of Phasor Measurement Unit(PMU)provides the data base for dynamic security monitoring of large-scale regional power grids.The test of PMU is to ensure the reliable application of PMU.The PMU test system which is based on the PMU calibrator uses the output of calibrator as the standard value,which compensates for the defects of the PMU test system based on the high-precision signal source and the inability to test on-line.The research of phasor measurement method for PMU Calibrator is the key of building the PMU test system.Therefore,it is crucial to study the phasor measurement method applied to PMU calibrator and apply it to PMU test system.In this thesis,an enhanced interpolation DFT synchronous phasor algorithm is implemented.By adding the window function and compensating for the error caused by the negative component of the main frequency,it makes up for the deficiency of traditional interpolation DFT synchronous phasor algorithm.The algorithm can improve the calculation accuracy,and can be used for the amplitude and phase angle calculation of the static test.In order to further improve the accuracy of the algorithm,this thesis presents a synchrophasor estimation method based on nonlinear regression method.Based on the Levenberg-Marquardt method,this thesis realizes the calculation of the synchronous phasor by means of the modeling of the test signal.The nonlinear regression synchrophasor estimation method is applied to the PMU Calibrator,and the PMU test system based on the calibrator is perfected and then is tested.
