With the development of computer control technology and industrial Internet network technology,it make the Internet deeply combine with traditional polder pump and sluice group control,create computer control mode of hydraulic engineering.The "internet +pump and sluice group control" give full play to the advantages of the Internet in the pump and sluice group management,and realize the effective operation of the pump and sluice group control and optimal scheduling management.This paper is based on the background of polder reconstruction project in Langxia town,Jinshan District,Shanghai.Polder pump sluice group automated management system was designed and developed.Pump and sluice stations in langxia town polder are mainly responsible for flood and waterlogging in summer and other tasks.The construction of polder Pump and sluice automation and information system,can realize the unified operation of the pump and sluice group control and optimal scheduling management.The system is mainly composed of field measurement and control system,network communication system,pump and sluice centralized monitoring system,video surveillance system,pump and sluice Optimal control management system in every pump and sluice station.Automated management system designed and developed can achieve centralized management and control of dozens pump and sluice stations in polder.Staff can monitor important mechanical and electrical equipment operation state and pump station of river dike,real-time view each pump site operation data and equipment running status information of pump and sluice station,it ensure Safe operation of pumping station equipment.At the same time,optimal scheduling control was achieved according to the goal of realizing polder drainage,so as to ensure the mechanical and electrical equipment in the best operating conditions.It is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency and save operating costs.Network construction is the foundation of automation and information system.Pump and sluice station in langxia town polder mainly distributed along the river,so the communication network using self built fiber network formation of this area,part of the communication using wireless bridge access system.Due to the large amount of communication data in pump and sluice station,using multi service access platform MSAP access equipment,and built a 4 data sink in the regional position,transmiting the data to the information management center by circular network.According to the distribution characteristics of pump and sluice station in langxia town polder,automatic control system adopts distributed control structure,it can be divided into three levels according to the function:field measurement and control level,central data management level,telemanagement control level.Field measurement and control achieve basic control of the pump and sluice gate in this level station,and upload various sensor data to the management center.Central data management level classify all kinds of data transmitted from various pump and sluice station.Telemanagement control level Manage and monitor all pump and sluice station in polder,analyse and process data from central data management level,generate different scheduling control schemes of pump and sluice station according to different drainage targets.In the rainy summer,Optimal control of pump and sluice station is studied according to different optimization objectives.Taking dynamic balance of water quantity in zhonglian zhongfeng polder as an example,Taking the minimum square sum of the difference between the inlet and the displacement as the objective function,a drainage control period is divided into several pump station groups controlling stage according to time,calculate the amount of water required to discharge in unit drainage stage according to the relevant hydrological model.Finding out the high degree adaptability individual as drainage pump group control scheduling scheme by GA oindifferent drainage stage,to ensure relative displacement of inlet and outlet water in polder.The control scheme of the pump gate group is optimized,the dynamic water balance is ensured,at the same time,the pump opening frequency is reduced.
