With the rapid growth of the cities in recent years,the subway construction in our country and the development of a harmonious society,both can smooth construction and in the subway construction as far as possible do not affect traffic and people's normal life,make the city a long-span metro station underground construction technology in domestic application by continual innovation,subway station,underground excavation has become increasingly mature,but in dalian,a coastal city,rich groundwater and high water level,new and old staggered complex underground pipeline,large in traffic and is located in the residential areas by using underground construction under complicated factors have no experience can be made use of for reference use.Based on the first phase of the dalian metro line 1,songjiang road station as engineering background,compared with the commonly used underground excavation method,makes every effort from the point of view of mechanics mechanism of different construction scheme,construction methods to determine the minimum impact on the surrounding environment,and ultimately determine suitable for aqueous long-span metro station under complicated environment condition of the comprehensive construction method-"combination PBA hexagon drift method" bijing construction technology.Under complex conditions,through the rich water shallow buried large span underground station construction and dynamic mechanical behavior analysis and research,under the complex environment of subway construction settlement control standard research,analysis of the construction process of adjacent building structure,the influence degree of the underground pipeline,access roads,and establish the mechanical model analysis,to determine the suitable for process control of the main section of the station construction process,put forward the structure of adjacent buildings,underground pipelines,traffic road safety control method and protection measures,and thus set contains the complete deformation control in all stages of construction scheme and quantitative control standards,it is concluded that the following performance metrics:both with traffic roads,building structure,both the underground pipeline to allow the subway station construction settlement standard and control measures.Through theory combined with practice,reasonable organization construction,on the premise of ensure the construction safety,quality,new technology,new technology of using existing create conditions for the smooth construction of the project,built around the area of construction,material,underground pipelines of settlement control within the scope of the permit,successfully built the first phase of songjiang road dalian subway station,solved the large span underground water environment rich technical problems in the process of subway station construction,comprehensive mastery of the similar engineering project constructiontechnology,rich experience and perfect the construction of similar projects,for the rise of China is currently in urban underground rail transit construction to provide data support theory and practice of field construction technology for support.
