| In the high-speed economic development,people seeking high-quality work,learning,life,health and comfort is the common theme we seek.Air conditioning equipment into people’s lives is a big step forward,its energy consumption in the building statistics accounted for about 50%.With the result of energy consumption and environmental pollution are also of concern."The thirteenth Five-Year" plan to promote win-win development,sharing development,green development,innovation and development,coordinated development.Therefore,low energy consumption,low-grade energy and other countries to vigorously promote.Evaporative cooling technology is mainly water as a refrigerant,belonging to the green energy range,suitable for use in the arid place in the northwest region.In recent years,evaporative cooling technology in the field of air-conditioning research and practical application of the gradual promotion of its success.Lanzhou is a dry and hot region in China.The dry climate,dry and wet bulbs in winter and summer are quite different,and the temperature difference between day and night is also large.It is suitable for the promotion and application of direct evaporative cooling technology.It can reduce energy consumption,energy conservation and environmental protection.In this paper mainly introduces the content include: spray room,direct evaporative cooling technology in domestic and overseas development,the general structure of the spray chamber and direct evaporative cooling technology is introduced.The process of heat and mass exchange between air and water is further analyzed theoretically.Prepared test,determine the research plan,to change the packing dosage and spray chamber drench water experiment test,and on the import and export of dry wet bulb temperature,relative humidity,cooling efficiency data results were analyzed,and determine the most economic way of combination.Packing over the use of direct evaporative cooler to establish mathematical model and simulated the temperature field under different inlet conditions,comparing simulation data and experimental data,the reliability of the analysis of simulation results,and the effect on rate of filler cooling performance of the wind and rain water temperature field simulation,determine the most suitable range.Finally summarizes the full text,the paper points out the development direction of direct evaporative cooling air conditioning,and improve the paper,the conclusion as follows:(1)Without the spray room,only the direct evaporative cooler,the inlet temperature in26 ~ 34℃,after testing the temperature of the corresponding export 21 to 27℃,the cooling efficiency was 44% ~ 44%,relative humidity is around 75%.(2)The spray chamber — direct evaporative cooler,import status parameters constant,when the test of imported dry bulb temperature range between 26 ~ 34 ℃,spray water hasfour kinds of circumstances : 2.77 m3/h、4.25 m3/h、5.21 m3/h、5.90 m3/h,keeping a kind of the spray water.Change packing dosage,respectively complete packing,7/8,3/4,5/8,1/2 packing,testing the dry bulb temperature,relative humidity and cooling efficiency.The results show that the less the amount of packing,the worse the cooling effect,the lower the cooling efficiency.When using 1/2 packing,rain water is about 5.90 m3/h,the cooling efficiency is higher than without spray chamber and using all packing,it indicates that vailable spray water can instead of part of the packing,this collocation is more economic.According to the actual demand,the more packing,the relative cooling efficiency higher,while the cost of equipment is relatively higher.(3)When packing dosage is constant,change the water spray,the more the cooling efficiency is increased,the relative humidity of the air will increase up to 90%.(4)Simulate the packing rate of the wind and rain water,watching out the internal temperature field of packing,which is helpful to further study to the cooling performance of the filler. |
