With the rapid development of China's economy,there is a growing demand for large-scale equipment in all walks of life.In long distance transport,compared to trucks and trailer cars,semi-trailer shows a variety of irreplaceable advantages in the role of road transport.The vibration and shock generated by the trailer poses a serious threat to the safety of the equipment and may even affect its ultimate performance.With the semi-trailer to the heavy and high-speed direction of development,semi-trailer ride comfort unsatisfactory,in order to meet the driver comfort,car work conditions and cargo integrity requirements,semi-trailer and its equipment on the ride comfort is particularly necessary.In addition,China's truck overload and over speed transport phenomenon is more common,which is an important factor in the initial damage to the road surface.Therefore,in its smoothness analysis at the same time,it should be its road to assess the friendliness.Firstly,this chapter constructs a single point and multi-point Pseudo Excitation model of stochastic pavement based on the formula of single point and multi-point Pseudo Excitation e method.Based on the white noise method,a random time domain model of each wheel of the three-axle vehicle half-car model is established.After the appropriate semi-trailer was loaded,the 8-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of the three-axle semi-trailer with the equipment was established and the corresponding mathematical model was deduced.The amount of vibration response for subsequent simulation analysis is obtained.Secondly,according to the above-mentioned 8-DOF three-axle semi-trailer model,This chapter performs a ride comfort simulation with the stochastic pavement as provided by the national standard The time-domain response curve of the vehicle speed at 60 m / s,including the displacement and acceleration curve at the unit,the displacement of the suspension working space,the dynamic tyre load response curve of each wheel,the range of 0 ~ 20 Hz Of the conventional vibration response to the power spectral density curve,and the r.m.s value of the vibration response are obtained.The sensitivity perturbation analysis method is introduced to obtain the sensitivity of each system parameter to the system vibration response.The parameters with great sensitivity to the vibration characteristics of the system are selected.The simulation analysis of the change of vibration response under single parameter and double parameter change is carried out,which provides a reasonable basis and scheme for parameter design and optimization of vehicle suspension system.Finally,the evaluation of road friendliness of suspension system under different road grade,speed and load are evaluated.The reasons for the change of road friendliness under different working conditions were analyzed,and suggestions were made to improve the road friendliness in the course of running.According to the simulation results,this paper gives the triaxial semi-trailer for the equipment integrity,human comfort of the suspension system parameters range,and evaluates the road friendliness under different driving conditions.
