From the 1960 s,Germany built the world's first single tower cable-stayed bridge–Severin Bridge,to 1980 s,China built the first single tower cable-stayed bridge-Zhang Zhen Bridge,single tower cable-stayed bridge gradually cut a striking figure in the international and domestic.China has a vast territory,complex terrain,numerous mountains and rivers,in order to meet the people's traffic needs,in the traffic construction which can not but appear bridge figure.In the construction of urban traffic,the bridge in addition to meet the demands of daily traffic,to play a certain urban landscape effects,including the concept of green has become the consensus of designers and managers.The special cable-stayed bridge breaks through the structure of the traditional cable-stayed bridge,which is beautiful and conforms to the aesthetic of the city's cable-stayed bridge.Therefore,it has become a trend in the construction of urban bridges.China's highway cable-stayed bridge expressly stipulates that the construction of the cable-stayed bridge must be monitored,and the investment and construction parties pay more and more attention to the monitoring process in the construction process and put forward higher requirements.How to carry out the most reasonable construction monitoring for different project profiles has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current engineering field.In this paper,the whole process of the construction of a special-shaped cable-stayed bridge in Shandong is discussed and the contents of the construction monitoring of the main structure of the steel structure are analyzed and summarized.The main work and achievements of the paper are as follows:(1)The construction monitoring and design of the bridge is made for the special-shaped steel cable-stayed bridge.Including the purpose and significance of construction monitoring,principles and accuracy,the design of deformation monitoring network,the selection of monitoring points,the selection of instruments,the methods of monitoring and the quality assurance measures and so on.(2)Designed the deformation monitoring network for the bridge,carried out field measurements,completed the coordinate transformation from 1954 Beijing coordinate system to the independent coordinate system.According to the actual demands,the paper puts forward the concrete construction monitoring method,which meets the principle of construction monitoring,the precision requirement and the need of bridge safety construction.(3)Based on the analysis of the method of positioning about several cable-stayed cables in domestic currently,this paper puts forward to a new method of positioning and installing about the stay cable guide tube according to the actual working conditions of cable-stayed cable construction,and making the theoretical explanation and the description of practical accuracy.(4)The method of several kinds of deformation inspection data processing prediction is used to analyze and study the theory and algorithm respectively.A new method of data processing and prediction is proposed,namely the method of data processing prediction based on wavelet denoising and Kalman filtering.At the same time,these several methods are applied to the project,and the results of their respective processing are compared and analyzed.Finally,the main tower of the cable-stayed bridge is simulated by Midas/Civil,and the stress state and deformation of the main tower are analyzed by applying the temperature gradient load.Based on the numerical simulation results of Midas/Civil,and the four mathematical models are used to predict the deformation of the actual engineering.The reliability of the data analysis is improved,which provides a useful reference for the future construction of the cable-stayed bridge.
