Technology Research Of Process Task Classification And Resource Preparation

The production preparation is the link between product design and manufacturing,which covers preparation work of blank,process,tooling and equipment and process information management,of which preparation process directly affects the level of the production cycle and manufacturing cost.At present,most of the enterprises use computer aided technology and focus on the use of information technology to business,which results in strengthen and improvement of the process management and set higher requirements on the process and results of production preparation.On the other hand the process task of resource allocation and task management are ignored,which makes them become the bottleneck problem of the design process.To solve this problem,firstly this paper analyzes the application of process resource in the enterprise,carries on the demand analysis and builds up a relation model of process resource.On this basis,according to the mapping relationship between process resource,process sub tasks and processing methods,it gives the hierarchical planning strategies.The allocation model and resource allocation process are established to resource evaluation system,which evaluates the allocation scheme of process resource,resulting in technology resource allocation scheme is optimized.Finally,combining with the above work and research,to design and develop the production preparation information system,which can directly guide the production enterprises in the preparatory work.By building a process task as the application object,combined with the status quo of current enterprise informatization development,standing in the height of resources,the computer aided process pla nning system based on the construction of a unified resource,production management platform is built,which can complete the complex design work and repetitive by light art design personnel,reduce the cycle of production preparation,process optimizatio n of resource distribution,lay a good foundation for enterprise informatization.
