In today’s situation of economic globalization, trade liberalization and socialinformationization, the management strategy has a very great change in manufacturingindustry. So that, a enterprise must continue to satisfy customer requirement for productsfirstly if he wants to establish an unassailable position, which is characteristic of multi variety,small batch, short due date and the ever-increasing quality requirement. Therefore, in terms ofsatisfying customer requirement, production process establishment and production capacityevaluation has become a more and more crucial subject for the manufacturing enterprises.Production process establishment and production capacity evaluation is an important basicwork in enterprise management, it not only provides the basis for enterprise to make plans,but also can be know whether the proportion relation appropriate between various productionprocesses and various production resources (equipment), and then can help us to find out theweak links and exploit potentialities for the purpose of making full use of production capacity.Simultaneously, these results can provide reference for the expansion of product variety, theincrease of product yield, the improvement of product quality.In this thesis, based on the existing production mode of Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy IndustriesCo.,Ltd, the process information of product structure, process route, production hour, keyprocess, processing equipment(especially key equipment)and personnel allocation areimported to ERP system by means of redevelopment program of ERP, CAD, CAPP etc.. Then,the model of production process establishment and production capacity evaluation is putforward by taking boom welding production line of loader as the research object and theprocess time of parts as the starting point. It not only provides base date for technologicallayout, equipment selection and personnel allocation of production line, but also a scientificmanagement tool for production resource requirement(people, equipment, time etc.) andproduction process improvement,meanwhile an important means to analyze and evaluate lineresource utilization and the “bottleneck process”. Simultaneity,the dissertation find twoappraise standard: Balance Delay Time (Bd)and Time Deviation Rate(Dr).In the end, the load analysis of production line are carried out by Flexsim simulationsoftware, verify that the management model is effective and practical.
