Traditional diesel forklift operation rely on driver’s experience,useing AMT technology can improve the degree automation of forklift.However,AMT forklift will generate the problem of Cycle shifting when forklift is driving in the ramp,bend,and bumpy road condition,this thesis studied the above issues,and the main reserach contents are as follows:The scheme of AMT forklift system has been designed.First of all,Completed the layout of forklift sensor,designed clutch actuator and shift actuator.Secondly,desigined of the shift control strategy of the AMT forklift with constraint.Research on the method of AMT forklift ramp road condition recognition.Firstly,explaining the principle of using laser sensor to identify the ramp road,researched on the method of laser sensor angle detection.Secondly,analysed forklift pitch angle influence on the angle detection value of laser sensor,builded the pitch angle model of forklift,proposed the method to eliminate the measureing angle deviation by using dynamic angle sensor.Finally,Combined with the driver’s intention to analyse ramp road recognition process,and reasoning the driver’s intention by the fuzzy inference.On this basis,the flow chart of AMT forklift ramp road identification control strategy is designed.Research on the method of AMT forklift bump road condition recognition.Proposed the method to recognize bump road condition based on laser sensor distance detection value,analysed forklift vibration and pitching movement influence on this method,then,proposed the method of combination angle to identify the bumpy road.,and combined with driver’s intention to analyze the recognition process,designed the control strategy of AMT forklift bump road condition identification.The experimental results show that the control strategy of the AMT forklift ramp road recognition and bump road recognition have achieved the desired results,AMT forklift can accurately identify the ramp road condition and bumpy road condition.
