With China entrance into the era of "medium-high economic growth",resources and environment high labor costs and other factors constraint economic increase."High input,high consumption" economy,which relies on the number of factories and construction has been difficult to sustain.In order to ensure social to be stable,efficient and healthy,green and friendly low-carbon economy has become an inevitable tendency for Chinese future economic.As a substantial carrier of economic and social development,urban center area must meet the requirements of low-carbon economy.The built-up area in the urban center is the source of carbon dioxide and controlling this type of area is an important way to curb urban high-carbon.How to control the number of built-up area reasonably,improve the form of built-up area,adjust the layout of built-up area and reduce the carbon emissions of the whole city has become a urgent task.In this study,22 factors for urban center planning were summarized through literature review.By using satellite remote sensing interpretation and mathematic model calculation,the built-up area in urban center in Nanning point was obtained.The landscape indices including the scale of built-up area,the aggregation indices of built-up area and the shape indices of built-up area and the average carbon density of the corresponding time period were calculated.and analyzed with the statistical method.The correlation between the landscape indices of built-up area and the average C02 density was analyzed with SPSS 19.0.The characteristics of low-carbon elements were summarized.How large the influence of these three factors to the carbon dioxide has been evaluated with linear regression.YWith the regression,the TVP model is localized and simplified.Then the low-carbon planning elements suitable for Nanning are selected according to the characteristics.At last,planning suggestions and land-use layout was put forward.The relationship between land use and carbon density has the following conclusions:the smaller the scale of the main city,the lower the carbon dioxide;the more scattered for built-up area,the lower the carbon dioxide;the more irregular for built-up area and the lower the carbon dioxide.The biggest factor for carbon density is the area of the built-up.The second one is the shape of the built-up.The smallest factor is the aggregation of the built-up.The predictive TVP equation is C02 = 20.637×Largest Patch Index+ 18.339xShape Index+371.385.The current C02 density and the predictive C02 density after Nanning Master Planning are 398.588 ppm and 405.848 ppm.The low-carbon elements selected by these features are the five elements including:traffic node element,hand-workshop and temporary warehouse element,urban history element,urban outer ring element and landscape pattern element.According to the corresponding conclusion,we put forward the planning suggestions and readjusted the layout of the built-up area in urban center in Nanning.Due to applying following strategies,though the total amount of built-up area increase by0.04%,the C02 density(405.365ppm)will decrease by 0.483ppm.
