We presented a built-in tubular composite ventilation wall which was based on the traditional ventilation wall as the foundation,embedded in the layer of air duct,air exchange and embedded pipeline of low grade energy to achieve the purpose of heat.Using the wall as the object of studying to do the heat transferring experiment of the wall.The air and the air inter layer is simulated to determine the most suitable composite ventilation wall air inlet and outlet height difference,air layer thickness,wind speed and other parameters,and from the analysis of the energy saving effect and economic aspects,the main research contents in this paper include:First,we did the wall heat transferring experiment.Due to the wall heat storage effect,the external surface of the heat to the inner surface,after a period of time,the surface temperature of the heat insulation layer also increased slowly.Compared with the ordinary brick wall,the temperature rise of the inner surface of the wall is small and the speed is slow,and the heat transferring of the outdoor environment is effectively blocked.The second step was doing the wall sandwich heat transferring experiment.The sandwich heat transfer experiment,the data obtained showed that the low grade energy is fed into the inter layer pipe,got a comfortable temperature out of the wind,the air of the inter layer has obvious cooling effect,the cold water temperature is low,the cooling effect is more obvious,which can effectively prevent the cooling load caused by the outer wall.The embedded pipeline passed into the different water temperature of outlet temperature measurement,can be found,as the water temperature into gradually increased,outlet temperature increases;the water temperature changed into the pipe embedded in basically the same,the variations of air temperature are consistent,and the temperature which difference between them is gradually narrow,finally stable state.The third one is that the simulation of air flow in an air sandwich.In order to ensure the wind speed,in order to achieve the same energy efficiency and the most appropriate economic,the final can be determined to determine the thickness of the air layer,the appropriate choice of the thickness of the air sandwich is 6cm.To simulate the outlet wind speed changes,the air layer thickness under different situations,to change the each outlet velocity is different,with the increase of air layer thickness,outlet velocity will decrease;in the simulation of velocity changes in the air layer,with the increase of air layer thickness,velocity of air inter layer in decline,layout of pipe embedded in the inter layer will affect the flow of air in the inter layer,through comparison and analysis of the results,the wind speed should be 0.6m/s.The last was the energy saving analysis of ventilation wall.Analysis from the two energy-saving effect of composite ventilation wall and economic efficiency can be obtained,the external wall energy-saving composite ventilation wall is 36.5%;it can be concluded from the economic aspect,the initial investment increased by composite ventilating wall static payback period and dynamic investment recovery period.
