Development On The Wind Turbine Tower Climbing Device And Blades With Towers Detection Management System

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's wind power industry,manufacturing and operation of technology has reached the international advanced level,the wind turbine installed amount and wind turbine single unit capacity has increased year by year.With the vigorous development of the wind power industry,the problem of broken-down units is increasing and quality guarantee of vast wind turbines are expired will be following.In order to ensure safe and economic operation of the wind turbine,a large number of wind turbines must be equipped with routine testing and maintenance,otherwise it will backfire,not only a waste of a large amount of wind resources,will also produce the huge economic losses.At present,the daily work of wind turbine tower with blades and maintenance often use the way that the large machinery lifting platform and artificial climbing,which is poorly efficient,security and seriously restrict the development of wind power industry.In view of this situation,this paper aims to develop a set of wind turbine tower climbing device and blades with towers detection management system to replace large machinery and artificial detection and maintenance work.Wind turbine tower climbing device and blades with towers detection management system is mainly composed of tower drum automatic climbing device,wind power equipment detection device,detection data management system three parts.In this paper,firstly,the common defects and its causes of the wind turbine blades and tower structure were analyzed.Besides,the structure of the whole climbing detection system is also designed from three parts.Secondly,from the overall size,mechanical part and control system for the optimization design of the tower automatic climbing device,which gives it many advantages that is high reliability,strong bearing capacity,convenient installation,convenient carrying and so on.Besides successfully completed the no-load and load rise,under a state of decline,to walk a number of test spiral walking process in the Zhangbei wind power farm.Finally,basing on the Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2003,the detect information management system is developed.Its main function is connected with external equipment and the collection of data and image information,report receiving storage,the database entry system with information so that we can analysis and view control work later,and possesses many control functions for received detection information storage,screening,check and exporting.
