With the development of economy,the energy of demand is becoming much more bigger,and also the development and utilization of energy are constantly improved.However,the use of coal will produce lots of waste gases and waste,such as acidic gases and gangue.This not only pollutes the environment,but also the burning elements of coal gangue are discarded,causing energy waste.Currently,the small and medium-sized CFB boilers have been heavily in operation,but the control of CFB boilers has been difficult to solve.Combustion automatic control system is not ideal,and most systems can only be controlled manually in operation.This paper introduces the process flow and coordination control system of CFB boiler,and a dynamic mathematical model of the coordinated control system was established under reasonable assumptions.The traditional PID controller and neural controller are applied into a 200 MW CFB coordination control system respectively. |
