Optimization And Control On Combustion System Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

As a new combustion mode, combustion technology of circulating fluidized bedboiler has been widely used in the power industy and other industries. However, thesurvey shows that there are also some disadvantages in circulating fluidized bedcombustion technology, such as the insufficient output, shorter continue running period,higher burning loss and smoke exhaust loss, and the insufficient of automatic input. Sothe optimal control for circulating fluidized bed boiler is imminent.According to the technical characteristics and development trends of CFB boiler, thearticle comprehensively analyze CFB boiler in all kinds of equipment and structures. Onthe basis of analysis, the CFB boiler combustion system is modeled and researched bymeans of mechanism modeling. Advanced control methods were put forward, that is thecontroller are optimized by the external approach to optimize the existing DCS. Thearticle instructs the structures of external optimization controller and the construction ofthe external optimization controller platform. On the basis each circuit of combustionsystem is optimized. By introducing the strategy of feedforward–feedback control andsubsection control, the article got the optimal control effect which is compared with thecontrol effect before. The result is satisfying.In this paper, the optimization was done by PID control strategy. But in the future,we can introduce more advanced control algorithm, such as the model predictive controlwhich is used to improve the control quality. As the full using of external optimizationcontroller, the result improves the automatic degree of original DCS. The strategy notonly saves the manpower, but also be conductive to the protection of the environmentand be less about the energy consumption. The circulating fluidized bed boilercombustion technology is of great significance.
