With the rapid development of wind power generation technology,the operation and maintenance of wind turbine is becoming more and more important.The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology,obtains the working condition of the wind turbine by online monitoring.This technology can find the problem in the early,and give maintenance advice to reduce unplanned downtime,which can improve wind turbine operating efficiency and reliability.According to the typical fault types of wind turbine,this paper designed a complete set of state monitoring system,with embedded technology as the core,which include the design of the front analog circuit,the data acquisition and processing system based on the digital processor DSP,and related software programs.The system places the sensors mounted at each measuring point site as the signal source,and uses the selfdeveloped embedded data processing device to acquire,process and storage the field signal.And then it sends the data to the host computer through the Ethernet communication module W5100 or 433 M wireless radio frequency module.The host computer uses LabVIEW as development environment,and accomplishes data store,signal analysis and fault diagnosis.At present,the system has been applied to a certain wind farm,and a failure of a gear box has been predicted successful during the operation,which has verified the reliability and stability of the system.
