Research On Reforming Technology And Quality Control Of 600MW Utility Boiler Pulverizer

In order to maintain the reliability and economy of power plant operation under the condition of the change of the coal quality,the coal mill must maintain good operating performance without the design of coal.Therefore,it is necessary to make reasonable technological changes in the existing coal mills.This paper focuses on the ZGM113 G type medium speed mill in a 600 MW power unit coal pulverizing system.Studied deeply the structure features and working principle of the coal mill,it is found that when the coal quality changes the coal mill has a serious shortage of mill output.On this basis,this paper puts forward the detailed technical transformation plan of coal mill in accordance with the actual operation of ZGM113 G type medium speed coal mill,and further improves the important components of the coal mill,such as nozzle ring,reducer and separator.Then,through a thorough study of the quality control in the equipment supervision,a complete set of quality control scheme for the modification of t he coal mill is put forward,which ensures that the transformation of the coal mill can meet the expected design requirements.Finally,the modified ZGM113 G medium speed coal mill test was carried out in the operating site of power plant,the key parameter s such as the fineness of pulverized coal,the maximum output of grinding,and the ability to adapt to the high moisture coal are analyzed and recorded in detail.The operation result shows that the output and energy saving effect of the coal mill are increased by more than 20%,the ability of adapting to the high moisture coal is greatly improved and the operation is stable and reliable.If the other coal mills are reformed according to this mode,the full load operation of the unit can be satisfied,the maintenance cost and the generation cost of the unit will be reduced,and the economic benefits will be remarkable.
