Impact Of Abnormal Weather On Power Output Of Photovoltaic System

Due to the depletion of fossil energy and requirements of environmental protection,integration of large-scale renewable power generations such as PV and wind power generation have become the new trend of power systems.It is of great demand to know the influence of the grid-connected PV on power systems.Reasonable projections for output of the photovoltaic system,will greatly improve the stability of PV system.The energy sources of PV system is solar energy.Then the power output curve can be simulated by calculating the solar radiation received by photovoltaic system.Due to the pollution of the environment,the emergence of some natural phenomenon,the abnormal weather,such as the solar eclipse and dust storms happened frequently,which will affect the PV system output greatly.In this paper,the influence of the abnormal weather like solar eclipse and sandstorm on PV power system output will be analyzed respectively.Then the output curves which under the weather above can be simulated.First of all,the background and significance of photovoltaic solar panels at home and abroad and the development present situation has carried on the detailed review.Then,the two kinds of PV prediction models,direct prediction model and indirect prediction model are introduced respectively.And three kinds of solar radiation mathematical model under the sunny weather,like HOTTEL,ASHRAE,REST were analyzed.Finally,in this paper,the research direction,abnormal weather photovoltaic incorporated into the system the simulation research of influence on the system's output.Separately on two different abnormal weather types,the solar eclipse,sandstorm weather the weather on the output capacity of PV systems are introduced,and the corresponding mathematical model is presented.Then research the two kinds of weather conditions,photovoltaic effect the output of the system after the system interconnection.Finally,make the conclusion.
