Research And Practice Of Distribution Network Planning In New Urban Area Of Linping Yuhang

With the development of society,the process of urbanization is speeding up.The power load pressure of suburban area is increasing year by year,the power supply pressure and imbalance phenomenon is serious.In addition to rapid development of city and suburban's relatively weak infrastructure,the main reason is that the load forecast of existing distribution network is lagging behind,power supply facilities are obsolete,the grid layout is not balanced.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of local society to do a good job in the planning and research of the regional distribution network.The main problems: the coordination of planning,construction and investment of regional distribution network is the the main problems of distribution network,it not only meets the needs of the local development recently,but also has moderate reserved degree,besides it should take the cost into account,all of these are the problems facing in the planning of distribution.Aiming at these problems,this paper chooses Yuhang new City District of Linping as a unit to discuss and research.With the goal of "recent applied,proper advance,economic and rationality".first of all,by docking the planning and construction of the area,municipal utilities and other government departments,according to the planning scope made by local planning departments,we determined the current situation of the electricity usage,analysed the current situation of grid;secondly,according to the government plan,the near and long term load of the power network in the area is predicted by the reasonable forecasting method;third,docking local planning and construction departments,according to the power load forecasting,than the layout of the power grid construction is discussed,under the premise of meeting the demand,improve the distribution network construction and build smart grid.
