A Power Quality Online Monitoring Device Based On PowerPC And DSP

With the development of science and technology,electric power system in China has been changing with each passing day.With more and more electronic equipment going into service,state grid encounter increasingly power quality problem.The needs of reliability and quality of power supply are increasing gradually from the power quality sensitive load in INDUSTRIE 4.0.So the increasingly power quality problem attaracted serious of concern.Power quality online monitoring is significant to distinguish the power pollution source and analysis the power quality events.The article developed a device based on PowerPC and DSP,it mainly complete the following research:First,It studied power quality term definition and detection method(frequency diviation,votage diviation,homornic wave,unbalance factor,votage fluctuation and Pst(Plt),swell and sag)and introduced device functional requirement(display,setting,access management,storage,mechanical behavior and electric property).Then,According to actual needs,we develop a power quality online monitoring device based on PowerPC and DSP.The monitoring system which include embedded system,human-machine interaction system,file management system,Datacom was build with MPC8321.The power quality index data processing system was build with DSP21469.The synchronous sampling system was build with XILINX and ad7606.Next This article did some research to build the development environment based on PowerPC and DSP.It also did introduction about software modules.Based on embedded VXWORKS operating system,it have series of function,such as online monitoring,communication,file management,display,wave record,GPS and remote setting management.Finally we made serious of test to device capability and precision,and introduced some practical application cases.This device has applied in places,such as Beijing,Tianjin,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Anhui,Hubei,with stable status.
