Study Of Luquan Area High Voltage Distribution Network Planning

At present,China’s national economy and urban construction is on the stage of developing at full speed,accompanied by growing proportion of city suburbs and satellite cities,increasing power consumption day by day and more and more strict demand of the users of electricity for the reliability of the power distribution network.Planning effectively and reliably for the distribution network of the electric power industry in our country will be conducive to ensure safe and reliable to the entire power grid operation,improve the economic value of the power grid,if the planning for the distribution network can adjust measures to local conditions,it will bring important value for the society,and provide a strong guarantee for a rapid development of the electric power industry in our country.This paper is based on the power distribution network of Luquan area,in order to meet the needs of industrial and residential electricity,how to optimize and plan Luquan district distribution network and implement reasonable construction and renovation under the guidance of the unified plan of distribution network in our country,which make the distribution network gradually become an important component of the power grid with high efficiency,ensure the whole power system cost-effective,stable and reliable,economical and environment-protecting,providing high quality electricity to operate,and meeting the requirements of the strategy of sustainable development and the need of city modernization.According to the characteristics of the distribution network of Luquan area and the problems existing in the recent situation,we need investigate the current operation of the electric power network in detail and analyze the speed of development and the trend of the load of the region.Secondly,to repair the residual defects of the current distribution network,improve the power network as well as power supply reliability and system stability,as the overall goal for the planning and design of the distribution network.Finally,in order to realize high quality electricity,safe transmission,stable operation and economic environmental protection of the power system as the instruction,it carrys out distribution network planning,the transformation and upgrading in Luquan area.
