To alleviate the water shortage situation in north China,Direct Air-cooling System has been widely used around the world,and especially it is widely used in the area where it has rich coal resource but scarce water resource.The heat exchanger of Direct Aircooling System exposed to the outdoor,and the cooling medium is the air,so the ambient air temperature and wind speed have a direct impact on the heat exchange capability and the normal operation.The heat exchange capability of direct Air-cooling System is crucial to the economic efficiency of normal operation.In addition,the fluctuation of back pressure is closely related to the safety of unit operation.Therefore,it is very important to study the performance changes of Air-cooling System affected by environmental factors.In this paper,we have a study of the topography of a factory.The factory Direct Aircooling System exposed in perennial sand environment and influenced by various impurities in the air.Therefore it formed a certain number of dirt outside the pipe and made Direct Air-cooling System heat exchanger performance decreased year by year.In this area,temperature is high in summer,making a bad influence on the back pressure.Because of the special site of the factory,mountains of both air-cooling island constitute a flow channel.Perennial SSW wind is flowing through the channel.But the Direct Air-cooling System is located in the middle of the flow channel,and both sides of the flow channel formed a "narrow tube effect",accelerating the impact of environmental wind.There are none similar study before to have a detailed numerical analysis.Therefore,we build a model,including the direct air-cooling island and the both sides of mountains.The direct air-cooling heat exchange capacity.In this paper,a new method of extraction steam cooling is proposed to solve the problem of air-cooling island heat transfer,combined with the influence of indirect air-cooling resistance to natural factors and the small heat transfer end difference of jet condensers.The back pressure drop of the plant in the change of ambient wind speed is compared with the effect of back pressure drop of traditional spray method.At last,the conclusion of the paper is summarized and forecasted.
