| With the world’s energy crisis aggravation, as the most mature representative of the renewableenergy source, the wind turbine technology is undergoing a rapid and continual development all overthe world. At present, with more and more effort is input the development of the wind turbinetechnology, the increase of the single-system capacity is becoming a major trend of the developmentof the wind turbine technology, however, how to design a cooling system to keep the whole turbineworking in a allowable temperature environment is a critical problem.Aiming at this problem, this paper analyzes and sums up the previous design procedures andcooling method, and a certain type large-scale wind turbine is investigated, according to its operationconditions and key parameters, a centralized cooling system including the generator loop and thecabin loop is described, and the detail information about the cooling system and the control law arepresent. Based on the designed system, the experiment test is conducted, and evaluating theperformance of the cooling system by the comparision of the experiment data and the designparameters, and the error analysis is proceeded between the theory design parameters and theexperiment data, and still analyzed the reason. On the basis of all these work, an optimum proposal orimprovement plan are raised, the research present in this paper maybe meaningful for the design ofthe large scale wind turbine’s cooling system. |
