With the increase of global energy consumption,the environmental problems caused by industrial production become increasingly prominent.As a new clean energy,photovoltaic power generation has many advantages,such as abundant energy reserves,the production process with zero pollutant emissions,a long-term benefits and broad market prospects in future.Thus the experts and scholars have paied more and more attention for photovoltaic power generation.Based on Jinchang photovoltaic power station,this paper has studied the the optimization design of the photovoltaic power station system.And the optimization of power genaration system and engineering construction is particularly important in order to improve the applicability and economize investment for the construction of power plant.First of all,this paper has introduced the general situation of Jinchang photovoltaic power station,the power station system constitution and the main equipment selection.Combinating the installation capacity of Jinchang power station and public power gird structure,the project of photovoltaic power station conecting with public power gird has been confirmed.And it is obvious that the operation of Jinchang photovoltaic power station would bring enormous influence to the energy conservation for surrounding area.Secondly,according to the installation capacity of Jinchang photovoltaic power station,the main mode of connection,the combination method of photovoltaic array and transformer,voltage-elevating method in station and the main electrical equipment selection of PV power station all have been studied and provided the reasonable design scheme.According to the design specification and engineering requirement,the parameters for grounding,anti-thunder and overvoltage protection have been configured in this paper.At the same time,it has designd the communication mode in the power station in order to realize the roboticized operation of electric energy management.Finally,the optimization design of photovoltaic power station has been carried out from two aspects: photovoltaic power generation system and engineering construction.The calculation method of fixed photovoltaic array installation angle and the parallel connection mode of photovoltaic modules are studied and the Constant Voltage Tracking(CVT)with variable step has been proposed to optimize power output of photovoltaic array the.In this paper,it has proposed the economic design project for combiner box in station to not only increase the electric energy output but also save the construction investment.Improving the supporting structure of photovoltaic module and optimizing the ventilation for inverters are both quiet important for the safe operation of photovoltaic power station.
