At present,the contradiction among the rapid development of economy and energy reducing and the pollution of the environment is more and more obvious.So saving energy and reducing consumption and our dependence on fossil fuels become a problem which need to solve urgently.Electric cars is the future direction of traffic development,which can promote energy conservation and emissions reduction and alleviate traffic problems,energy and environment problems though replacing fossil energy by electricity.Large-scale electric vehicle charging and discharging in time and space has the characteristics of random and intermittent.When the electric vehicle charging load of entire network load arrived at a certain proportion,the disordered charge will produce negative effects to the power load which should not be ignored.Electric cars V2G model,can make the electric car involved in the power grid frequency peak shavin g,given to promote the new energy absorption.Wind power as a kind of typical abundant renewable clean energy,get rapid development in recent years,due to the limitations of ability to absorb more severe wind,discard the phenomenon.With the policy req uirements of new energy affordable to buy,wind power given under pressure.Make full use of electric cars in V2G mode and two-way interactive grid formation energy,the characteristics of the electric vehicle to promote wind power given strategy,has impo rtant practical significance.Due to wind power output and the characteristics of electric vehicle load there are twofold,namely random and fuzziness,the paper in the process of smooth wind power output fluctuation deviation chosen is uncertain theory,r educe the user charge the cost of a random fuzzy expected value as the goal,set up double objective optimization function,proposed V2G mode electric cars to promote wind power given model of the optimal strategy.Because of the advancement of electric power market construction,it possible to promote wind power given by market means.Usually,30 KWH is the upper limit of an ordinary electric car battery energy storage,also due to the limitation power transmission,it can release function often only a few kilowatts.Therefore,it introduces the electric car agent V2G concept,which is agent for a large number of electric cars to participate in power grid interaction and electric power market transaction.In this paper,the process of direct transaction of electric vehicle V2G and wind power is analyzed in depth,and the objective function is established with the stochastic fuzzy expectation of the purchase cost of electric vehicle V2G agent.The improved particle swarm optimization algorit hm is used to solve the problem,which verifies the rationality and validity of the model.
