In the 21 st Century, the development of urbanization in China, the building structure is facing that the need of demand for housing are increased, the labor costs are expensive, the building quality is improved and extensive production mode is an urgent need to change. So,the traditional residential construction is seriously impacted of the housing construction development. The implementation policy is currently aimed at the construction industry to apply to the implementation of China's construction industry policy objectives. It is also meet that the current stage of the process of urbanization qualitative needs.Prefabricated cage system reinforcing concrete structure is a new type of structural form of residential industrialization. It is conformed the construction industry research and the development trends. Moreover,at present, there are few studies on the steel cage structure in China, and only the research results in the prefabricated cage system reinforcing concrete structure have not been seen. Therefore, this paper will analyze the force of the steel frame concrete frame Performance and seismic performance of the relevant research.According to the requirements of the project, the reinforced concrete frame structure, and the prefabricated cage system reinforcing concrete structure of the column are designed. The experimental program and loading system is formulated about the structure and structure for the experimental preparatory work. The finite element software simulation, simulation analysis and comparison of the two sets of frame structures are carried out.The performance of the two sets of test pieces is analyzed, and the pushover finite element simulation is carried out under the one-way incremental load. The axial properties, bending moment, displacement and story drift of reinforced concrete frame columns and steel frame concrete frame columns are analyzed. The finite element simulation analysis of dynamic and plastic time-history under dynamic loading is carried out under uniaxial seismic load. The time-history curves of the columns and columns of concrete-filled concrete frame columns are analyzed, and the seismic behavior such as vertex displacement, base shear force and interlayer displacement are analyzed. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: The MIDAS Building software program is used to simulation analysis for the design of the two sets of frame structure. The separation modeling is used for reinforced concrete frame structures.Integral modeling is used for prefabricated cage system reinforcing concrete structure.Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure, the mechanical behavior and the seismic performance of the column in the prefabricated cage system reinforcing concrete structure are improved. And the yield strength and the ultimate strength are improved in varying degrees.Meet the requirements of ductility in normative design. In general, prefabricated cage system reinforcing concrete structure is superior to the ordinary reinforced concrete structure due to its integral aspect. On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation, the paper puts forward the suggestions on the design and construction of steel cage cage frame, the principle of internal force analysis and so on.Which can provide practical theoretical basis and theoretical basis for the application of steel frame cage concrete frame and component column test,so as to promote the research and development of this type of structure system and its practical application in the future. Finally, the results of this study can provide reference for similar engineering applications and structural selection.
