In recent years,with the development of the modernization of our country,high-rise and super high-rise buildings symbolizing human's wisdom and strength are springing up in big cities.The architectural secondary water-supply system plays a vital role to high-rise buildings as blood vessels to the body.Known as the lifeline of the building,it is the essential element to maintain qualified living standard.In the process of using second water supply system in daily life,the maintainer often confronted with two problems:(1)It takes too much time to locate leakage;(2)Operation monitoring and management method are relatively undeveloped.In view of those two posers,a new method called incremental leakage-location method is conducted based on data analysis,and using software development to monitor the operation and locate the leakage.Firstly,based on pipe network hydraulic equations,the initial hydraulic model was established according to the architectural secondary water-supply system with vertical tree structure by the data-driven method.According to the Water supply and drainage monitoring schematic diagram in BAS,monitory points were deployed in order to establish the monitoring pipe network model.Through the data frequently collected from the monitoring points as well as the initial hydraulic model,the architectural secondary water-supply monitoring system is established.Then,we applied the detection instrument combined with artificial experience to locate the leakage,which is extremely time-consuming.In the current research the K-means clustering algorithm method was proposed.Distance was used to determine whether the newly collected monitoring data belongs to the outliers or not,as to the abnormal data,the closer from the leakage,the bigger the impact.According to the principle above the leakage was located.As to the normal data,they were collected and kept in the normal operating conditions to achieve the incremental data study.Through the simulation system,it turned out that this method is faster and more effective.Finally,to revise the defect of the current secondary water-supply operation monitoring system,the water-supply monitoring system software,is designed with the principle of integration,security,emergency.The software can achieve a long-range and release the emergency alarm monitoring of the pipe water supply network,applied the GPRS terminal communication function,so as to realize the goal of "early prediction,early diagnosis and early treatment".Meanwhile,software also provided foundation for the scientific,digital and intelligent management of secondary water-supply pipe network,improving the water supply data files,and supplying a strong scientific basis for decision-making.
