Study On The Transformable Dwelling Design Of The High-rise Slab Building

High-rise housing variability of flat design is one of the basic residential design requirements,and the high-rise slab house occupies large proportion in the current residential construction.This paper analyzes domestic high-rise buildings development and current problems we are facing,summed up the development process of variability theory and practice both at home and abroad,analyzed the rule of high-rise flat design demand based on investigation and study.According to the characteristics of the high-rise slab residential flat design,method of spatial variability was put forward based on SI,indoor space is divided into three parts according to the function: function space,auxiliary space and accessary space,support and infill are clearly divided and put forward the design process,design methods and technical measures of their implementation;in the design of support,the selection of the structural system,the processing of the equipment and pipeline,the determination of the spatial scale,the design of single support,the combination of supports and so on are discussed;in the design of the infill,the paper discusses the key problems such as the method of space division by infill,the solution of kitchen and bathroom;on the basis of solving the coordination problem between support and infill,two methods are discussed in this paper: coordination of modules and partial specialization of infill.The article also describes the factors related to the variant design of high-rise residential buildings.At the end of the article examples are used to demonstrate the feasibility of this theory.Based on the variability demand as the starting point,the design theory and methods are put forward systematically in this paper as supplement and extension to traditional theory;It is a kind of auxiliary means to divide the residential space according to function,as well as innovation and development of the theory for SI,the two complement each other;methods presented in the paper can also be used for reference and application for other residential systems.
