With the rapid development of the national economic construction, the pace of urban expansion and construction becomes more and more fast, there are a large number of high-rise buildings. The development of urban construction will drive the using of underground space, so there are mang foundation pits with increasing size and depth, especially in the excavation adjacent to high-rise buildings, due to the special geographical environment, it is likely to cause accidents. Therefore, the excavation during construction of the security and stability becomes focus of attention.Based on practical engineering, the paper was carried out research on support design of pipe-anchor system and control technology of deformation and damage for fundation pit excavation near high-rise, it is also used in entitative engineering to ensure construction safety. Based on accident field test data, the paper uses finite element software Phase2D and Plaxis2D to build two-dimensional model according to building collapse and ground collapse caused by Fundation Pit Excavation. The paper reveals pile-anchor composite support action mechanism through comparing with different conditions; Lizheng deep foundation pit software has been used to optimize foundation pit support structure design according to the problems exist in excavation process, and determine the form of the foundation pit supporting side wall; Based on diffent classification levels to the surrounding buildings in the wall of the excavation, the paper researches on fundation pit excavation and supporting process near high-rise apartment house groups, it reveals the law of the the foundation deformation on building pile; The paper carries out the corner of the pit mechanics analysis of space considered near high-rise building by Midas-GTS analysis software, recognizing the law of high-rise building, the wall foundation tube anchor displacement and variation of internal forces; Test on the depth of deformation cracks underground by ground-penetrating radar technology, it can explain the real reason for surface cracks produced and put forward effective measures to control the deformation and failure.The research on pipe-anchor design and deformation control in the course of excavation near high-rise buildings that the paper has carried out, will provid reference experience for the similar high-rise building and foundation engineering construction.
