Since the reform and opening-up,most cities in China have been in the process of rapid urbanization.It caused the gradual loss of local characteristics and urban features,which has become an important issue in the development of the New Urbanization.As a typical coal mining city,Huainan city has serious problems of urban scene in the development and construction.Based on RS(Remote Sensing)and GIS(Geographic Information System)technology,this paper studied the characteristics of Huainan planning area,analyzed the types and problems of urban scene features.The ecological security pattern of five single elements of ecological protection,comprehensive water resources,historical and cultural protection,recreation and subsidence area was constructed by using the security pattern,and the ecological infrastructure was established.Through the ecological infrastructure to define Huainan city planning characteristics of urban features and types of elements,raising the strategy of the optimization of cityscape and finally draw the following conclusions:(1)Huainan City Planning Area is rich in elements of natural environment,artificial environment and social and cultural environment.With the development and construction of the city,the features of the Huainan City planning area had been destroyed.(2)Ecological security pattern of five single elements in the planning area of Huainan City was constructed by using the security pattern.The five single elements included ecological protection,integrated water resources,historical and cultural protection,recreation and subsidence area.Superimposing the five single elements and then got the ecological infrastructure.(3)Through the ecological infrastructure to define Huainan City planning area features characteristics,include:(1)ecological and environmental characteristics of the elements to Bagong Hill,Shungeng Hill,Huaihe River and other ecological sources,belonging to the study area within the ecological conditions of good areas;integrated water resources characteristics,include the region’s major water systems,flooded wetlands;(2)historical and cultural characteristics of elements,include the region has a historical and cultural value of the historical and cultural heritage points,as well as to enhance the role of historical and cultural landscape resources;(3)recreation features elements,mainly for the region with recreational functions of historical and cultural heritage points,Forest parks,public leisure parks,etc.(4)subsidence area characteristics of elements to the core area of subsidence-based,while the core area of external buffer zone is important.(4)According to the characteristics of different styles and characteristics,the optimal zoning is determined by ecological infrastructure.raising the optimization strategy and creating the Style features,recreational style features,subsidence area style features. |
