In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic and international shipping,ship bridge collision accidents,brought great losses to people's property,but also left the destruction of hidden danger to the people,so the problem of ship bridge collision imminent,in order to reduce the loss of the country and the people's security must install the passive protection device.To reduce the impact load on the pier by preventing or changing the direction of ship impact load,damage degree of vessel collision pier is reduced as much as possible.Many kinds of pier protection devices have been put into use in the world,each with its own characteristics.According to the force relationship between collision avoidance facilities and bridge structures,the passive anti-collision systems are divided into three categories,namely,independent collision avoidance system,integrated and passive collision avoidance system.In addition,in accordance with the structure of anti-collision facilities,they can be divided into floating protection system,gravity protection system,pile column protection system,protective plate protection system.Through the comparison of various anti-collision systems,we can see that the overall performance of the floating protection system is the best,and this is also the most widely used protection device at this stage.According to the Ministry of transport pier FRP flexible passive collision avoidance floating box structure theory and Application Research on "the need of the project,using the numerical analysis combined with the impact test method of FRP floating box lined with cylindrical shell structure form can influence the effect of dissipation pier,and puts forward the reasonable structure of the floating box liner.Firstly,the static and dynamic performance test of floating box itself material and FRP material;research on Design of floating box structure model test and impact test device;secondly,the eight round,hexagonal shape three lining structure is simulated and analyzed,and the implementation of the impact test,the destruction and the energy dissipation characteristics of local stress,deformation,FRP anti floating box structure;finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and experiments,the optimum lining structure presents eight edge shaped lining structure for anti-collision floating box.The research results of this paper have important reference value to the design of flexible anti-collision pontoon.
