| Nanomaterials are a new kind of materials,the size of which is in the nanometer scale,and it is in the transition region of atomic cluster and macroscopic object.In this study,the composition and properties of asphalt and nano-particles were analyzed comprehensively.Based on the compatibility of nano-materials and asphalt,the influence of nano-materials types on the asphalt properties was analyzed.Through the comprehensive comparison and selection,the nano-materials suitable for asphalt modification.were.finally.determined.The selected nanomaterials are macroscopically compatible.with.the.asphalt,with.good.dispersion.and.uniformity.Secondly,nanomateri als can fully exert specific nanometer properties in the composite cementing system,so that the components of the modified asphalt can be effectively combined at the physical and chemical levels,so as to enhance the comprehensive performance of the asphalt on the microstructure.At the same time,a new kind of nanometer material / CPE compound modified asphalt binder was prepared and researched.Through a large number of experiments and data analysis,the ratio of D / CPE composite modified asphalt material and the preparation process parameters were put forward.The results show that the composite modified asphalt has excellent high and low temperature and anti-aging properties.On the basis of nanometer modified asphalt,Superpave method was used to design the mix proportion,and the road performance index was analyzed synthetically.The results show that the nano-modified asphalt mixture and nano / CPE composite modified asphalt mixture can improve the high temperature and low temperature performance,and enhance the anti-water damage ability,and can meet the technical requirements of asphalt pavement construction.Finally,based on the actual project,put forward the nano-modified asphalt pavement construction technology and specific quality management measures.The purpose of this research is to bring some references for the development of nanometer modified asphalt and new materials,new technologies and new techniques. |
