In this paper,fly ash was used as admixture,and study the durability of ceramsite concrete pavement.Fly ash instead of equivalent cement,it can enhance the basic performance of ceramsite concrete with fly ash characteristics,but also can reduce the amount of cement to reduce the cost of the project.In addition,fly ash as an industrial waste slag,the rational use of fly ash can play a role in protecting the environment,saving energy,turning waste into treasure.Therefore,the addition of a certain amount of fly ash in ceramsite concrete has remarkable technical,economic and environmental benefits.In this experiment,through a large number of tests and mix proportion research,the range of pavement ceramsite concrete can be reached LC40 strength requirements.According to the scope of ceramsite concrete mix choice of parameters,and ultimately determine the 7 groups with the ratio of different water cement ratio and different amount of fly ash and different ceramsite volume ratio on mechanical properties,fly ash ceramsite concrete impact resistance,impermeability,frost resistance durability influence performance and fatigue performance.And the test results were compared and analyzed,the results show that the fly ash ceramsite concrete pavement has excellent durability.In this paper,through the experimental study mainly draws the following conclusions: because the ceramic's own characteristics,factors affecting the mechanical properties of concrete with fly ash ceramsite is complex,affecting the mechanical properties of concrete water cement ratio of fly ash ceramsite is very significant,the strength of the content of fly ash,aggregate strength and aggregate content on the concrete have an important influence.In conjunction with JZ than ceramsite concrete with fly ash ceramsite concrete,impact resistance,impermeability and frost resistance advantage;fly ash can improve the fatigue performance of ceramsite concrete;in fly ash after fatigue times LC1 and LC2 ceramsite concrete compared JZ has significantly increased,but with the the increase of stress level,this advantage gradually decreased.The fatigue times of LC1 and LC2 ceramsite concrete under different stress levels are not obviously different.The smaller the water cement ratio is,the better the durability of the ceramsite concrete with fly ash.This study also analyzed by SEM microstructure of interface of fly ash ceramsite concrete,by scanning the pictures can be found in the interface transition zone is no longer the weak areas of the internal structure of fly ash ceramsite concrete.According to the "highway cement concrete pavement construction technology standard"(JTC F30 2003)requirements,combined with the previous construction experience of light aggregate concrete,put forward the method of quality control of raw materials of fly ash ceramsite concrete,and introduces various processes: mixing,transportation,pumping,pouring and vibration ramming and maintenance and other aspects the key points and technical measures,and puts forward the control methods to solve some key quality fly ash ceramsite concrete in the construction process control points.
