| Xingzi,Jiangxi is rich in resource of shale,which is the high-quality raw materialfor the preparation of crushed shale ceramsite.Because of its lightweight porouscharacteristics, the crushed shale ceramsite concrete (called CSCC) hasmultifunctional performance, such as lightweight,high strength,thermal insulation,seismic performance,versatility,durability,etc.The study on the effect of the crushed shale ceramsite on the performance of theCSCC showed that, the strength of the CSCC is directly proportional to cylindercompressive strength.The comprehensive performance is optimal when the aggregatemaximum diameter is15mm.The durability of the CSCC is poorly-developed bypre-wet aggregate process, but the pre-wet aggregate process can improve theworkability of the CSCC. At the same time, pre-wet process which is unsaturated canimprove the strength of concrete.The study on impermeability of concrete by using electric flux method showsthat impermeability of the CSCC is better than ordinary concrete. Mineral admixturescan improve the interface and elevation the dense of cement, which significantlyhelps improving the impermeability of the CSCC.The optimize proportioning of concrete mixes of orthogonal experiment is:Cement’s content is320kg/m3, gravel-type Shale amount is724.5kg/m3, sand amountis930kg/m3, water-cement ratio is0.45,1%of water reducing agent,20%ofcompound mineral admixture,15%of compound admixtures. Comparison with thedurability of ordinary concrete, the CSCC has lower contractile properties at its earlyage, but larger at its later age. At the same time the frost-resistance, anti-carbonationand impermeability properties of the CSCC are better than ordinary concrete.The SEM pictures present that structure of cement of the CSCC is very dense,structure of the interfacial region is excellent.The phenomenon of coarse crystallineand orientation phenomena of AFt and CH are reduced, mineral admixtures cansignificantly improve the structure of interface of the CSCC.The study on the CSCC indicates that, LC40has high property, and can make up some deficiencies of ordinary concrete.It has great influence on energy conservationand environmental protection. All in all, it has broad market in the future. |
