With the rapid development of China's economy and society,further deepening of the western development policy,the construction of infrastructure in the western regions have also made obvious to people's achievements,especially in the transportation infrastructure,highway network construction etc..However,at the same time,the transportation infrastructure services function level and the scale of the highway network are raised,and a series of ecological and environmental problems caused by the construction process and the construction process are gradually highlighted.From a long-term point of view,this does not conform to the concept of people-oriented,environmentally friendly and sustainable development.Therefore,this paper takes Gansu Province as a typical representative of the western region,adhering to the road of ecological construction,ecological function area of Gansu province were analyzed,aimed at the concept of eco traffic construction based on the actual local situation into the stage of highway network planning,the realization of ecological highway traffic planning "before-project" based on.Firstly,this paper analyzes the distribution of natural ecological resources,the types of ecosystem,the natural geographical and climatic conditions,the types of land use and the current situation of economic and social development in Gansu province,On the basis of the value of ecological capital in Gansu province according to its function,the type of natural capital,economic capital and social capital of three,and the three largest capital value in Gansu province all the municipal administrative units were quantitatively calculated.The ecological capital value of each administrative area and the corresponding service function value at the same time,the bearing capacity of ecological environment in Gansu Province,the ecological sensitivity of qualitative analysis to determine the ecological function of ecological zoning for highway in Gansu province.Secondly,the ecological function regionalization in Gansu Province Based on the spatial distribution of productive forces of Gansu,the industrial structure is analyzed,the research on natural resources,ecological resources,economic geography and climate conditions on the population,social impact,given the natural ecological resources and determines the flow tendency of the population,the level of economic and social development the conclusion of this affect the productivity space layout and industrial structure adjustment of the area.In addition,according to the actual situation of ecological function zoning,spatial distribution of productive forces and the Gansu province highway traffic network,from the rational scale of highway network,the node important degree,Gansu province started the county,four stage method to improve traditional simplified prediction method to adapt to the traffic conditions of Gansu province traffic the amount of.This method without a lot of ground traffic investigation and dealing with a large amount of data,in ensuring forecasting traffic volume is relatively reasonable and accurate under the premise of saving the cost of unnecessary manpower and material resources,financial resources,to other provinces in the western region traffic planning also has the certain model function.Finally,this paper integrated the research content,road network planning are analyzed in the instance of Gansu province.Determine the scale of the network development of gansu province in 2016-2030,gansu province is given the economic(GDP),society(population),traffic demand forecast,and based on GDP,population,ecological capital value determines the node important degree of each district and county of gansu province,select one of the important node,given the future 15 years in gansu province level structure and the layout scheme of road network planning.
