The Research On The Historical And Cultural Town From The Background Of New-type Urbanization

The historic and cultural town is like the bright pearl of the Chinese nation,and full of the land of China.It is the carrier of the national people's culture and has a distinct cultural and artistic characteristics.But in the present,facing the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of traditional villages and towns are suffering from varying degrees of damage,many historical memory is incomplete,the folk custom culture gradually disappear,the ancient town of protection and renewal is at an important historical turning point.In 2014,the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee put forward the goal of building a new type of urbanization and pointed the way for the protection of historical and cultural names.Therefore,it is of great significance to think and implement the protection and sustainable development of ancient town in the context of the new type of urbanization.Nearly three years after formally put forward new urbanization,there are many theoretical achievements and practical innovation research have emerged,but the famous historical and cultural towns about a subject combined with new type of urbanization is relatively small.Thesis mainly is divided into three parts: one is the analysis on the traditional history culture famous town in the protection and development of existing problems,and the other is the problems that exist in the ancient town and the new theory of urbanization,the combination of the final AnRen ancient town in chengdu as an example to explore resolution strategy.First of all,basing on the famous historical and cultural town protection and development of traditional,new requirements on the famous town of urbanization development,the paper thinks that traditional history culture famous town have some problems like the lack of legal system and professional knowledge,and we should realize the famous town of culture innovation,the industrial transformation and upgrading and integration development,overall regional overall planning and coordination of new urbanization under the background of the ideal goal.Secondly,basing on the chengdu AnRen town's case,the paper combined with the new urbanization under the ideal goal,through the AnRen town transportation,industry,landscape,architecture and cultural protection and so on a series of investigation and analysis,founding the following four aspects of problems: limitations,regional lack of overall planning,cultural industry development is insufficient and inadequate environmental governance.Finally,according to the specific problem of AnRen town,the paper puts forward that we can base on “culture+” to analyze.we can use “culture + museum” and“culture+industry” strategy to solve the problem of culture limit.Secondly,we can use“culture+new urbanization” strategy to solve the regional problems such as lack of overall planning,the lagged development.Thirdly,“culture + ecological” strategy aims to add the ecological concept into the town development,offering the town of sustainable development to provide the most powerful support.
