The rutting is one of the main diseases of asphalt pavement in China,which not only seriously affects the road driving comfort and safety,but also reduces the service life of the road.Research on the rut of highway asphalt pavement and establish a predictive rutting prediction model,which can provide guiding suggestions in the design of highways,and also help the development of pavement maintenance work.Significance.Due to the different environmental conditions such as climate temperature and the different materials and pavement structure of highway asphalt pavements across the country,it is necessary to conduct research on the rutting prediction model for the highway asphalt pavement in Jiangsu Province and establish a set of relative Evaluate the inspection system to apply to actual needs.This paper firstly selects a number of typical and representative highway sections of Jiangsu Province as the verification section,investigates and collects the rutting data of the road section,as well as the road structure,traffic volume,ambient temperature,maintenance status,etc.,and examines the transportation in 2017.The applicability of the rut depth model given in the “Code for Design of Highway Asphalt Pavement”(JTG D50-2017)in Jiangsu Expressway.Then based on the current norm prediction error analysis,a set of research methods based on the mechanics-experience method is proposed.The on-site sampling was carried out on the Yanjiang Expressway in Jiangsu Province.The obtained chrome core sample was used as the test piece to carry out the Hamburg rutting test.The test variables included the test temperature,the load size and the number of load times,and recorded the test piece.The depth of the rut is the result.The mechanical response analysis of the typical pavement structure in Jiangsu Province was carried out by calculation.The distribution of stress between the surface layers and the influence of the base layer on the rut depth were analyzed.The temperature and load were the main factors affecting the rut.After determining the basic form of the rutting prediction model,the rutting test data was used for regression analysis,and the initial rutting prediction model including the number of times,the applied pressure and the test temperature was established,and the rutting data in the actual road was used for correction test.The locomotive prediction model for highway asphalt pavement in Jiangsu Province was proposed.The test results show that the rutting prediction model has good accuracy and effectiveness.The rut model was used to analyze the plaque level.The results show that the rutting mainly occurs in the middle and lower layers of the pavement results,and the analysis results are confirmed by on-site sampling measurement.It is advisable to consider the use of asphalt mixing with strong rutting resistance in the design.The material in the middle layer and the bottom layer.Based on the rutting model,a road design evaluation test method based on rutting prediction model is proposed,which can provide reference for the design and maintenance of highway asphalt pavement in Jiangsu Province.
