Lead-acid battery,since 1859,has been invented more than 150 years of history.Because of the low price,the use of reliable,suitable for high current discharge and a wide range of ambient temperature,it has been used in many fields.Lead-acid battery in the course will inevitably fail,if not as soon as possible to find out the fault tapes and take appropriate remedial measures,it is bound to result in deterioration of the working conditions of the batteries.In this paper,lead-acid battery fault diagnosis and vulcanization repair technology were studied,to determine the lead-acid battery fault types and improve battery cycle life are of great practical significance.In this paper,the common fault types of the lead-acid battery and the mechanism were analyzed,and develop a practical implementation plan to achieve fault-line diagnosis;At the same time in Shenyang military area command a car brigade military lead-acid battery vulcanization of the most common fault,in-depth analyzed of its repair mechanism,positive and negative pulses repair method was proposed to eliminate vulcanization,effectively improved the battery life.For the realization of the lead-acid battery online fault detection,diagnosis and vulcanization repair two major functions,the paper designed and developed a set of lead-acid battery online fault diagnosis and vulcanization fault repair system.This system mainly through the microcomputer to control the multiple solid-state relay switch,to realize the collection of the module circuit parameters.the microcomputer to analyze the collected data,analysis of whether the battery failure.When the fault is found that the battery,the system makes the corresponding fault tips;When judging the battery is vulcanization failure,the system will automatically turn into pulse fixes,the microcomputer according to the working state of the battery real-time change of positive and negative pulse frequency in order to achieve the best effect of repair.Finally,the system through MAX485 serial communication circuit to transmit information in real-time working status of the battery parameters to the host computer,the main display parameters include the current battery voltage,current,duty ratio and the stage of repair,so that operators timely understanding of the current state of the battery.Based on the designed fault diagnosis and vulcanization repair system for the system test and repair experiment,the experimental results show that the system can complete the online fault diagnosis function,and the pulse repair vulcanization battery performance is greatly improved,the system realized the basic function of presupposition and meet the design requirements.
