As lead-acid battery widely used in electric car, car, IT communication, electric power, and other industries, the failure of lead-acid battery get more and more attention, the repair technology of lead-acid battery was developed. To the phenomenon that the lead-acid battery plate easy to vulcanize and lead to scrap in daily charging and discharging, a high frequency resonant repair system of Lead-acid was developed, sulfuric acid lead crystal resonance with rich harmonics signal produced by repaire circuit, thus, different size and shape of sulfuric acid lead crystal was dissolved, the vulcanization of lead-acid battery plate was eliminated. The contents of the paper is listed as follows:(1) Half bridge topology is used in the circuit of power supply, half bridge topology was studied on deeply, working process and voltage (current) waveform was analysed. Power supply circuit was designed, mainly including the design of the EMI filters, input rectifier, transformer,output rectifier circuit and selection of high frequency power components. PWM control circuit was designed, TL494 was used in it.(2) High-frequency harmonic circuit was designed, the structure and working process of circuit was analysed, the parameters of components was calculated. The PWM control circuit of high-frequency harmonic circuit was designed, sg3525 is the core of circuit.(3) The pin’s function of ATmega32 was analysed and the control system of repair devices was designed, which is based on ATmega32, mainly including the control of switch, the detection of voltage and current, the selection of capacity keyboard, the control of buzzer, LED and LCD.(4) The main program and key program of system was designed, which is based on ATmega32, and the program was tested on development platform, which was based on the software of ICC_AVR and Proteus, the program was constantly improved by the result of test.Experiments were carried out and the experiments and applications show that the repair system can be implemented safely and reliably and reached the design requirements.
