With the continuous development of economy, large span high-rise structure rising,concrete filled steel tubular columns have been applied more and more, and the bearing capacity is also increasing. How to effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubular columns has been studied by more and more people. The concrete column confined by grooved steel sleeve is a new kind of structure form. In the slotted steel tube confined concrete. The steel pipe through technical processing to achieve cutting, cutting steel as the longitudinal bearing capacity of weak links early to enter the state of yield in the pressure, thereby reducing the vertical load bearing steel,which makes steel by two-way force approximation into a one-way force, thereby greatly improving steel hoop tensile capacity. The steel ring to enhance tensile strength of core concrete, its binding capacity also increases, the core concrete is three to the stress state and bearing capacity has been greatly improved under the restriction of steel tube, which will give full play to the steel hoop constraint and concrete compressive strength, so that the component can be greatly improved bearing capacity.There are many advantages of the steel tube confined concrete and the common concrete filled steel tube confined concrete, and the ordinary steel tube confined concrete is usually realized by the steel tube perforation and the steel pipe truncatio.The operation of these two methods is very complicated, and it will cause some damage to the component in the practical application. Cut the confined concrete trough steel columns can avoid tedious post processing, steel tube can be directly used as the template for placement, and groove in steel tube longitudinal load is reduced and the implementation effect is obviously better than the drum set by piercing or truncated to achieve drum effect.This experiment consists of two parts: the shear stress test of the steel tube confined concrete column and the test of the steel tube confined concrete column.There are 10 columns in the experiment, of which there are 2 concrete filled steel tubular columns, and the other is the slotted concrete filled steel tubular column with a total of 8 columns. The contrast factors of the test setup are whether there are grooves,grooves and slots (straight and spiral grooves). Through the experiment, the influence factors and the mechanical properties of the concrete filled steel tubular columns are studied.Based on the limit equilibrium theory, the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubular short columns is derived. The comparative analysis of ultimate bearing ca acity of eccentric loading components was being using the(CECS28-90)、DL1T5085-1999、JCJ01-89.On this basis,the eccentricity of the bearing capacity formula is given, the calculated results were in good agreement with the experiment data.
