Compressors are indispensable in the fluid transport of the process industry.Due to the structural reasons of the compressor,the plant manpower and the financial loss caused by the vibration of the pipe network,the airflow pulsation is the main reason for the vibration of the compressor pipe network.Conventional compressor pipeline vibration have single method,the buffer effect affected by the conditions.Therefore,the development of airflow pulsation suppression components not only enriches the means of vibration reduction of the compressor pipe,but also enhances the effect of pipeline vibration reduction,which provides a guarantee for the factory safety production.The study of pulsating suppression element can reduce the compressor pipeline vibration damage,enhance the compressor and pipe network running quality.This paper reviews the damage caused by airflow pulsation to the compressor network system and the current pulsation suppression of airflow.The mechanism of airflow pulsation transmission,the research status of airflow pulsation and the evaluation criterion of airflow pulsation are discussed.The CFD The pulsating suppression device is used to calculate the model and the boundary condition.A series of simulations of the newly developed airflow pulsation suppression element are carried out to analyze the pulsation suppression of each element.The effect and its optimized parameters.According to the simulation results,straight pipes,elbows and newly developed several kinds of buffer tanks were designed and manufactured.The airflow pulsation test bed and the airflow pulsation test system were set up to analyze the multi-mode test of the air pulse suppression element.CFD simulation results,and further verify the feasibility of CFD simulation;analysis of air flow pulsation suppression components under different conditions of pressure pulsation attenuation performance.The results show that under the same conditions,the baffle-type buffer tank,orifice-type buffer tank,hole-tube buffer tank and Helmholtz-type buffer elbow have effect on airflow pulsation suppression.The effect of the orifice plate element on the pulsation of airflow is the most obvious and the effect is the best.Helmholtz elbow is a new type of cushioning element that can replace the ordinary cross-section elbow,and can replace the original elbow directly without changing the original pipe design.
