The magnetically coupled resonant radio transmission system(RWPT)has a significant advantage over the transmission and transmission distances compared to inductive and electromagnetic radiation.So RWPT has a greater application value.The power converter is an important constituent structure of RWPT,and the system operating frequency caused by external conditions will deviate from the inherent resonance frequency and the transmission power and efficiency of the system will decrease.This article studies the above.Firstly,the equivalent circuit model of DC-AC power converter is established,and the characteristics of power converter and LC resonant circuit are analyzed.Based on the resonance theory and circuit model in the circuit,the influence of the frequency,transmission distance and load size of the AC power source on the transmission characteristics under different conditions is analyzed from the theory and Multisim simulation.And the transmission characteristics of different topologies are also studied.The final use of the transmitter in series,the receiver parallel SP topology as the subject of the design.Secondly,through the theoretical study of frequency tracking,it is clear that the frequency tracking of the RWPT system can make the system work at the inherent resonant frequency point,and realize the transmission of higher efficiency and power.The frequency characteristics of SP structure are studied on the basis of theoretical formula.The simulation results show that the system will return to the edge of the primary side when the frequency and load of the start are changed.The inherent resonant frequency is on.With the development of high-frequency power converters,power electronics devices are also moving towards higher switching frequencies,switching losses become an urgent problem.Soft-switching switch is one of the effective switching loss solution,through the soft switch to achieve zero current conduction and zero voltage shutdown.Considering the partial reliability of the inverter circuit separately,the reliability analysis of the circuit components and the reliability analysis of the external environment are carried out in the hard switch and the soft switching state respectively,and the reliability analysis report is generated.Taking into account the DC-AC inverter circuit part of the hard switch and soft switch in the state,the calculation of circuit components and external environment reliability,and the formation of analysis reports.The report shows that the life of the DC-AC converter under the soft switch is 14%longer than the hard switch life.Finally,give the idea of generating the drive pulse.Through hardware and software design,based on SAE J2954 standard 85kHz transmission frequency,frequency tracking radio energy transmission experimental platform,light incandescent lamp,and through the bright and dark incandescent change verification theory.
